Crispy waffles

Voici une recette de gaufres vraiment croustillantes, un peu comme celles que l'on retrouve sur les fêtes foraines. 





Ingredients / sleeps 4

300 g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
2 eggs
40 cl of milk
90 g butter
50 g of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar


PREPARATION


1 - Mix the flour with the baking powder then add little by little the milk, mixing well to avoid lumps.
2 - To melt the butter and add it to the mix flour and milk. Then add the eggs in the omelet and sugars.
3 - There is no need to let the dough rest, it can be used immediately!
4 - Good oil plates before cooking waffles.
To finish
Eat waffles immediately after cooking to keep them crispy.

Ingredients (2 people)


4 cl white rum
2 cl sugar cane syrup
6-8 mint leaves

Preparation


STEP 1: Grind the ice
