INGREDIENTS
2 ŒUFS
  50 G OF BUTTER BOY
  35 CL MILK
  300 G OF FLOUR
  50 G POWDERED SUGAR
  2 BAGS OF BAKING POWDER (20 G)
  OIL
PREPARATION
1. mix the flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl. Melt the butter in the slightly lukewarm milk and pour over the mixture. Add the lightly beaten eggs and mix with whip in hand to get a thick batter. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
2. heat a large non-stick skillet, brush her oil and place a small ladle of batter per pancake. Cook about 1 minute and flip pancakes when bubbles start to form on the surface. Let Brown the second side and serve pancakes immediately, traditionally buttered or with syrup of maple, honey, coulis, jam or red Jell-o.
Tips:
No need to beat the dough at great length, the ingredients must just be incorporated to each other. For more Fluffy pancakes, use type 65 flour.
To accompany the American version of the pancake, bake bananas with a dash of honey. Deglaze with the orange juice in order to get a touch of acidity. Add dried fruit and place it all on your pancake. It's really delicious.
